We are a new established foreign investment company

PT. BHIMASENA POWER INDONESIA the power plant industry that will supply for 2 x 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. Now we are seeking highly qualified and dynamics professionals to build our organization in the following position:

Project Administration (Pekalongan) (CODE: PA) - PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (Batang)
Responsibilities

Managing all documents and correspondences.
Assist division daily activities (handle petty cash, settle cash expenses, prepare minutes of meeting, etc).
Organize company events which related to Project Operation

Requirements

Female
Age max. 30 years old
Minimum D3 from Secretary Academy, Business Administration or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication & interaction skills (English )
Proficient in document file and administration job
Has experiences min 2 years as administration officer
Possess strong initiative and team work, able to perform multi-tasking skills and work under pressure with deadline.
Creative, honest and have good communication skill
The candidate will be stationed in site (Batang – Pekalongan)
